  So what you have here is a sweeter version of Hype (and in case you are not familiar with the original Hype, it’s a RB style drink…so you can think of MFP as a sweeter version of RB.)  The thing about it is that the extra sweetness actually makes the drink seem thicker.  It’s kind of like they added sweet and removed a bit of water…weird, I know but honestly it’s not at all bad.  It’s really hard for me to explain, but it’s like the drink itself actually feels different when you down it.  There is still a vitamin taste, slightly metallic and medicine-ish with a bit of a bite at the end.  Not exactly a smooth drink, but pretty much what you would expect plus a little extra sweetness.  Basically, when you think standard energy drink, this is the flavor most folks would imagine….with a little bit of an alteration….nothing amazingly new, just more of what we have already seen.  Now on the plus side, this means that most of you out there will be ok if you get your hands on a can….on the downside for folks like me, there are a lot of other things out there to try that will work just as well, but may offer something more enjoyable taste wise.

  Seriously folks, that’s about all I have to say regarding this stuff.  The only other thing I could think to tell you is that it seems like all of the Hype products come in 16oz cans now.  Might not seem like big news, but for all of you Red Bull fans out thee it should be a plus.  Since RB is not available in 16oz cans yet this stuff would be an excellent choice for you.  It tastes about the same, works just as well and you’ll pretty much get twice the bang for the buck….so there you go.
