Power: 3 (each mint) Probably about a 12 if you ate them all….not that I’d suggest it.  If you need that much caffeine there are treatment centers you should look in to.

The good stuff: Guarana (10MG Caffeine per mint), Vitamin B-12, NO SUGAR!

 

 

M-60’s are basically the chubby mean cousins of the other Jō candies.  They are about 3 times the size (about that of a shirt button) have about 3 times the mintyness and have over twice the caffeine.  As much as I liked the other Jō mints, I find myself downing more of the M-60’s because of their over all minty strength.  While not nearly as strong as say Altoids, M-60’s are definitely up near the top of the list on power and flavor.  While the Jō mints are a nice little refresher, these guys go totally all out as breath fresheners…..lots of cool from a little package.  The key feature of the M-60 mints though is their caffeine power.  At 10mg of caffeine each, popping a few of them will do things to your body that Altoids can only dream about.  Given that a cup of coffee has around 150mg of caffeine you can see how eating a few of these in a row would definitely open up your eyes a bit…and if you go on non stop mint eating sessions like I do with other mints, odds are you’ll be wired beyond belief after an hour or so.  I have to say that over all these little guys work really well in all departments.  They pick me up, give me something tasty to make my sweet tooth happy, and work really well as a breath freshener…basically they do exactly what you would want, and do it quite nicely.  If you like mints, do yourself a favor and pick up a pack…you won’t be disappointed.

 

On a side note, M-60’s don’t have the mirrored case of the other Jō products….Just look for the green and camo box instead of the black or silver of the smaller Jō candies.
